Large meetings and convention hotel in midtown seeks an Electrical Concierge and Support representative.
Candidate will be responsible for:
Quoting electrical services for clients coming to the hotel for meetings and conventions.
Negotiation and answering of pricing questions regarding electrical services with clients.
Ensuring electrical services are setup and removed on time.
Creating order forms and diagrams for electrical set ups/removals.
Acting as a liason between clients, hotel staff, and hotel electrical department.
Billing of electrical services at conclusion of events through hotel accounting software.
Excellent and unparalelled customer service is mandatory for this event.
Basic and intermediate knowledge of ordering electrical for A/V equipment (lighting, video, audio) a plus.
